Online banking

Account access, credentials, statements, and routing details.

  • On the sign-in page, select Recover Your Password and enter the email address on your profile. If a matching account is found, you will receive a secure link to choose a new password within a few minutes.

  • After signing in, your account number appears on each account card on the dashboard and on the account details page. You can also view it on your monthly statement in Activity.

  • Yes. Sign in and open Activity to review recent transactions. Use filters to narrow by account and date range. Statements and transaction history are available for the past 18 months.

  • The Union Monique Bank routing number is 000122001. Use this number for direct deposits, ACH transfers, and domestic wires. It also appears at the bottom of your checks and on your account details after sign-in.

  • Sign in to online banking, open the account you write checks from, and choose Order checks from the account menu. You can also visit a branch or call Client Services to place an order.

Cards

Report lost or stolen cards and get replacements quickly.

  • Report a lost or stolen debit card immediately so we can block further use and issue a replacement. Sign in and go to Cards, or call Client Services 24/7. If you see unauthorized charges, report them right away.

  • Call the number on the back of your card or Client Services to report a lost or stolen credit card. We will cancel the card and send a replacement. Monitor your account for unfamiliar transactions and report any you do not recognize.

Transfers & wires

Move money between your accounts or send funds to another bank.

  • For a domestic wire you will need the recipient's name, account number, bank name, and the receiving bank's routing number. For wires to Union Monique Bank accounts, provide routing number 000122001 and the beneficiary account number.

    Sign in and use Transfer & Pay to send wires from eligible accounts. International wires may require a SWIFT code and additional beneficiary details.

  • Sign in and open Transfer & Pay. Choose the accounts to transfer from and to, enter the amount, and confirm. Internal transfers between your Union Monique accounts typically post the same business day.

Mobile banking

Use the app to deposit checks, manage alerts, and bank on the go.

  • Sign in on your phone, choose Deposit, select the account, enter the check amount, and take photos of the front and back of the check. Your deposit stays pending until it is reviewed. Funds are generally available within one to two business days after approval, subject to our funds availability policy.

  • After signing in, open Manage Alerts to turn notifications on or off for balances, transactions, security events, and more. Choose email or text where your contact information is on file.
